For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

By accessing the jilihot777 Platform in any manner — including browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jilihot777 Platform and close your Account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on jilihot777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold Player Accounts.

• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jilihot777 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have a previously terminated or suspended Account on jilihot777 unless expressly reinstated by the Company in writing.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

4.1 Registration Process. To create an Account on jilihot777, you must complete the online registration form, providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must create a unique username and secure password for your Account.

4.2 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on jilihot777. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

4.4 KYC Verification. jilihot777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. Failure to provide requested documents within thirty (30) days may result in Account suspension.

4.5 Account Information Updates. You must notify jilihot777 immediately of any changes to your registered information, including changes of address, phone number, or email. Failure to maintain accurate Account information may result in delays in processing withdrawals or communications.

5.1 Deposits. jilihot777 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and direct bank transfers from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly, though bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) hours during peak periods.

5.2 Withdrawals. Verified Players may request withdrawals at any time, subject to a minimum withdrawal amount of ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise approved by jilihot777. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within ten (10) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to two (2) hours during business hours.

5.3 Withdrawal Verification. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-fraud checks. jilihot777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 are subject to enhanced verification procedures.

5.4 Fees. jilihot777 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank, GCash, PayMaya) may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond jilihot777's control.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. jilihot777 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy in compliance with Philippine law. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x) before withdrawal. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Accounts involved in money laundering activities will be immediately terminated and funds frozen pending investigation.

5.6 Segregated Funds. All Player Funds are held in segregated bank accounts separate from jilihot777 operational funds, ensuring that your deposits are protected and available for withdrawal at all times.

6.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses and promotions offered by jilihot777 are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the offer. Not all Players may be eligible for all bonuses. jilihot777 reserves the right to exclude Players from bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the bonus terms. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount. Only real-money wagers contribute toward wagering requirements.

Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be terminated and all funds forfeited.

6.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have a validity period, typically ranging from seven (7) to thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. Unused bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

6.6 Withdrawal Restrictions. While Bonus Funds remain active and wagering requirements are incomplete, withdrawal requests may be restricted or result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings. Players may opt to forfeit an active bonus at any time to regain full withdrawal access.

7.1 Fair Play. All games on jilihot777 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results cannot be manipulated by jilihot777 or any Player.

7.3 Disconnections. In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, jilihot777 will make reasonable efforts to restore your session. 9.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming. jilihot777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. Gaming should be entertaining, not harmful.

9.2 Self-Exclusion. Players may request self-exclusion from jilihot777 for a period of six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be locked and you will not be able to deposit, wager, or access the Platform. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted via email to our support team.

9.3 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, deposit limits can only be increased after a cooling-off period of seventy-two (72) hours. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.

11.1 No Warranty. The jilihot777 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. jilihot777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11.2 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jilihot777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11.3 Maximum Liability. In no event shall jilihot777's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

11.4 Force Majeure. jilihot777 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet service provider failures, or power outages.

12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting jilihot777 customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds in your Account. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately. Accounts with outstanding balances will be closed once all funds are withdrawn.

12.2 Termination by jilihot777. jilihot777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, underage gaming, or any conduct deemed harmful to jilihot777 or other Players.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access and use the jilihot777 Platform immediately ceases. jilihot777 will process the return of any legitimate Player Funds remaining in your Account, subject to completion of any pending investigations and deduction of any amounts owed to jilihot777. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon termination.

12.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. jilihot777 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of ₱100 on inactive Accounts with remaining balances. Inactive Accounts with zero balance may be closed without notice.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Jurisdiction. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jilihot777 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

13.3 Dispute Resolution Process. Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting jilihot777 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

13.4 Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
